SuccessFactors Community of Practice – Performance & Goals | Deloitte presenting their new internal performance management tool

Deloitte Germany created a tool for a new, modern performance management approach which is based on the SAP® SuccessFactors data base. They will give us an insight in the project, the new performance management approach und the IT solution.

For those who are new to our community: The target group of our event is all HR or HR IT managers who currently use SuccessFactors. You are welcome to become part of our community!

The aim of the community is a regular exchange about current topics in dealing with the SuccessFactors system (SF clients only). We want to share best practice approaches and jointly identify possible solutions. With this exchange group, we want to create a network where specialist approaches can be discussed and everyone can benefit from each other’s experience. Due to the current situation, the dates will be shortened and held online. At this point, we always invite guests to give us input on new ideas.
